  • Abrasion, erosion and wear of teeth by rubbing against each other.
  • The way in which some restorative treatments are carried out and the materials used in them.

 

In order to perform an endodontic treatment, the area to be treated must be anaesthetised. Subsequently, a hole is made in the crown of the tooth in order to access the pulp and extract it and proceed to clean the canal before filling and sealing it and the crown with specific materials. At the end of the intervention, the tooth will be completely desensitised and isolated from any other part of the body. Subsequent monitoring will be necessary to verify the effectiveness and evolution of the endodontic treatment.
